Hertz is quietly laying off people, had laid off several employees last week. Asking older employees to take voluntary retirement. Business outlook looks bleak.
There's a change in IT leadership since a year, culture has changed that's causing work dissatisfaction because of less experienced leadership, half baked ideas, just do it mindset without maturity, hiring wrong people at wrong locations in IT etc.,. Quite a title heavy leadership in IT.
CPDO Ned is going to bring Hertz to the Promised Land! Have faith that he'll talk a lot, spend a lot of money, and deliver nothing of value.
