Seems that Leo got dinged for security violations. Could that be the underlying cause of the hard freeze on change requests we’re experiencing now? Leo’s cheer section insists that WXPS is working immediately followed by David’s report on the WAVE outage. Don’t lecture me on Agile. I know how it works. It’s failing at WF because execs subvert it’s principals on a regular basis.

I remember my boss saying to our group, we are now called WXPS. Gee really, another name... Let's see, wholesale desktop services, check. Special support services, check,. FTS,. check, fts/wxps, really? Just another bs name so they can all sit around a table and "rebrand" certain parts of tech. Jobs stay the same but look at us now. Yay, go team! OH by the way, you are now fired.
I had high hope's for WXPS but this year has shown me otherwise and morale is at its lowest point in Tech. Today's meeting wasn't too bad for once but L still could not answer questions that was asked and majority had on their minds.

Seemingly every week people are asking how this Leo guy still has a job here. How many L’s will he be allowed to accumulate? Starting to think he has dirt on someone which keeps him in his job
It always amazes me that so many incompetent mo--ns got leadership positions somehow. Probably most of them fudged their resumes and got those positions through powerful connections. Those ignorant and incompetent "leaders" are learning the basic stuff after they got the job, experimenting everything on a trial-and-error basis, until something blows up. Most of the "leaders" don't know what the he-l they are doing.
Who is Leo? Who is David? What is WXPS?
Total shambles of a department going back many many years. Mgmt is inconsistent and over reactionary. Everyone else is a victim of the environment: keep pushing buttons, clean up the resulting mess, repeat.
