Offshore and onshore are the same after script in place hahaha is that why the biggest institutional client(easy work) is being moved back to us because offshore destroyed it

@1rwl

I agree… this is simply horrible grammar, spelling and a totally nonsensical statement. Did someone write your résumé or CV for you?

I don’t see a quality loss between state side NAV (and other) offshore Operations workers and Americans. Once the scripts are in place the teams are equivalent. These are the repetitive jobs which drive stateside employees to their smartphones every 20 minutes.
So If anything they’re far more focused than offshore OPS teams.

Technology is a different story. I’ve worked with some incredibly talented and driven offshore Software Architects, but they’re the rarity. However in offshore OPS there are no stars, but there is less slacking and more dedication.

Realistically, if a role has been simplified/reduced to an assembly line type function, such as NAV Ops, then your days are likely numbered. On top of that, you pointed out the existence of an offshore that can readily pick up the work...

It's an unfortunate situation, but I think you already have your answer...

@1rwl, they're still more intelligible than most employees doing the needful.

With your English and grammar , if your work is anything like what you posted I would be scared! Your post makes no sense.
