There is no such thing as an LL7. The only benefit the salaried workforce will receive upon ratification is the new Juneteenth holiday. Likely the extra cost will accelerate salaried layoffs. Who knows how many based on the hiring freeze and attrition.

According to my union friends, us white collar folks will benefit greatly from the negotiations they did. I'm sure those raises will come to us before the end of the year.
