I am in Southpointe and have been waiting for my letter to come and have not received anything. Other people received theirs this morning.

Whoever was/is in charge of getting the letters out should be FIRED! What a major F-Up. I received nothing on Friday! If this is the level of service that Crown provides its' customers, no wonder Crown is going under.
@1apy+1pi0KLZh They sent it on Friday because most people are working from home. That’s their day to hide. They probably kept us at 4 days for just that purpose.
This is NOT okay! They said everyone would have their letter by today. They had the whole week and chose to send these letters out all on the same day. Such incompetence!
No, have not received mine either. Is this the level of the deep talent pool in Houston? They are so incompetent they can't even get an email out? Don't bother with L, she is useless. I used to deal with her before she joined BS and she had no clue what she was doing. JHC, I hope SHE is not the one sending these out!

I’m still waiting on my letter that was due Oct 24th after being laid off in Aug. And no it’s not in spam
I had to verify my personal email with them to get mine. It was sent to company email, but my access was turned off.
This is ridiculous!
