You will probably get a mediocre raise. Do yourself a favor and find another job while you are still young. I’ve known dozens of colleagues that have left Ford over the years and 100% of them said that they made a smart move. Not one regretted the decision to leave.

Yes, FCG's are expected to have an average 10% salary increase for the first 5 years, regarding of Performance. It was mentioned many times by UnSE manager in charge of FCG program. Just finish your Master's and be visible at all gatherings with LL's. It is that simple
My guess there will be a raise in 2024, but expect it to be pushed into July or August "due to the current economy".
