How can employee's pack up their things when they're all working from home.

It will be an email where to drop off their computer.

Yes, my LL4 told me separations will begin with November holiday start so folks will not be noticed as they quietly pack up and leave.

@uhf+1pk5tfoV You are not the only one wasting your time at work due to the lack of decision from the "leadership". Complete teams are sometimes idle waiting for the directions from management, and filling BS paperwork to justify their paychecks.

I lost track of the back and forward, sometimes even complete changes of directions, in several projects (not mine). It is really hard to plan for coming changes when we are rudderless. The only thing that keeps the same is the push to "save money", doesn't matter if we are sacrificing performance, security or quality.

That's me. I won't be at a 100%. My management team can't seem to decide what direction to go in, sooo, my supervisor has had me working on contingency plans. Many, many contingency plans. Interesting thing is during my check in discussion last week, my supervisor told me that I'm in the 25 percentile within our organization that I need to be in ... and then she sort of corrected herself by saying that she's trying to keep me there, sort of like l saying "no promises". I took that to mean I shouldn't be surprised when I'm released. Good news is that I won't be surprised, or quite frankly, disappointed. We're told to work on only things that matter, and then I find myself working on nothing but contingencies because management can't seem to decide what matters. Very frustrating and disappointing.
