Have decided to the do bare minimum to keep collecting a paycheck, attend the least amount of meetings possible. This place is a sh1t show and morale is below the basement.

Snap out of it. I come on here for intel on what is happening because people can speak frankly about rumors and actual things that might effect employment. You can have your pity party..but posting about it on here is worthless usage of time you could be doing something else.
You’re right. I left a while ago making 3x for an actual company. Nothing left at ford when you make gsr8 at 27 and see the lifers still at that level. Goodluck with being at ford, I’m sure your skills will do well at another automotive OEM. Nowhere else
