Taking your processes

Anyone else notice that other teams are trying to be aligned with your processes? Processes they’ve never done .I’ve noticed it happening and especially with this bs lighthouse automation project. And none of your mgrs are saying anything to stop it for some reason

This is why you should never think like an owner. That was once our competitive advantage until the mo--ns on One Wall Street bought and ran us into the ground.

Do you think your manager has any say in reversing operating model decisions made at the senior level? They have just about as much say as you do.

OP

If you don't mind sharing what business unit you work in? This hasn't happened to anyone in my teams or area and I haven't heard it before now

External teams taking credit for your processes and your job is normal politics in banking. There is a level of people who self-aggrandize themselves at your expense. I speak up at team meetings and cross-team meetings to make it clear that an office politician does not take credit for my work. It is important to say these things while the entire team and manager are in the call or room. You cannot allow yourself to become a floor mat.
