Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

You can fix the assessment system yourself

Hot tip. Do you hate the assessment system? I have the secret to make your employee experience just like other companies. All you have to do is tell your supervisor you don't want to hear what category you ended up in. All you want to know is your feedback and in January your raise amount.

BINGO! Just like that you can transform your experience into what 99% of other employees received from their employers.

I grew up in a union town and hated unions. Then I actually grew up, opened my eyes, and saw what upper management did to employees at EVERY company. The people at the top always plunder at the expense of the people at the bottom.

Unions make sense if you grow up and open your eyes.

The feedback is meaningless.

The raise is garbage.

Unless you are a hi-po, in which case the performance review is a facade.

Union? Are you kidding me. What's next nationalize like Venezuela did? How's that turning out for them. Unions ki-l competiveness and innovation from what I've observed. Great for people with an entitlement attitude and think they should have a job forever regardless of their performance.

Another easy fix is to find a new job.

I know that’s controversial for many of you, but it’s always an option.
