It will be an AI transformation bot. Cisco will post a 1-800 phone number for customers to request sales quotes, Smartnet renewals, licensing, and solve TAC cases immediately. The speech recognition will text the customer an immediate solution to all requests. There will be no need for account managers or sales engineers.
