@1uvi - I can work using any computer. Not sure how they monitor keyboard activity while on a non-Ford issued device.

If you're remote - they do monitor keyboard activity although the software being used is somewhat archaic and cannot distinguish what keys are being used nor does it use any form of AI to really know what the employee is typing or working on. So to appear busy, you can wedge (very) small rolls of paper in between keys to keep them pressed down - I would recommend at least 2 keys (ideally no closer than 6 keys apart) and ONLY use the alpha keys. Also, be sure to FULLY exit webex and simply play d-mb when someone asks - just say "I didn't realize I was logged off....." Oh - if you really want to mess with them, after you activate the keys, drive up to PDC and badge in a few doors (don't ask me what may happen if you do this....) And on the way home, feel free to do some shopping among other fun things.

“regardless of the way the company treats you?“

Or just quit if you are treated poorly

How about just working as hard as you can regardless of the way the company treats you? You ethics (or lack of) will carrry over to future employment.
