Any changes

Do you guys think any changes will be made this year or will this firestorm continue? The only good thing is I think stores have adjusted to the sh---y service

I finally had enough. Went from 9 stores to 26. Then 10 months into that they realigned so I got 31 stores. RMS telling FTOW they didn't have time to work back stock or write credits. Service has gotten horrible. Love my new job. No more stress

Reps will be gone. I could see Maybe they could keep 1 rep for every 50 or stores (similar to keebler). Every company is unfortunately looking for the cheapest way possible to run the business. They really don't care about service levels.

Let me get this straight, an RMS needs 40 hours a week to copy and paste the same schedule week after week?

These sales reps can’t tie their shoes without assistance. How do they think they will write their own schedules???
Every single guy on my team will be working 20 hours if they write the schedules

Just curious who’s making all these changes, perhaps some senior managers grandkid as an elementary school project? 🤓
What a joke!

They are testing in south markets right now with no RMS and reps doing their own schedules. Changes are coming.

The change is coming. Coke has switched to order writers and merchs only. Pepsi has gone threw the changes. Frito will be having changes soon. Even the wine companies have started the switch to just order writers and merchs. Just a matter of time.

Next move is the position of RMS will be gone. Sales Reps will take over the responsibility of hiring their own team and scheduling.

If you can’t find a better job than Mondelez, I pity you! Took my merchandisers less than a week to make 2x as much with out the bs and better benefits.

You used to need a college degree to work here. Now you don’t even need high school; and it shows in the quality they attract now. How the mighty have fallen.

All you order writers won’t be getting the same severance the sales reps do. Better keep that in mind

Future seems to be zero sales reps. All locked orders and only merchandisers with no benefits
