Unsure of merit increases (probably the usual 1-3% range), but the bonus pool is looking similar to last year, which is good.

No bonus for managers with inflated salaries and 20+ tenure. GTFOH so the rest of us can have an opportunity to lead. You are in comma anyway.

Haven't heard yet, but considering the economic outlook and the push for more domestic attrition, I would be shocked if it's over 3% on avg. Last year was higher than expected, but those economic forecasts...

I am in HR, merit similar to last year, on average about 2%, but for exceeds of consistently exceeds up to 7 or 8%. Bonus numbers flat, same or a tad below last year. Saw this on a presentation last week for one of the sr. Execs. Obviously, numbers can change.

Quit saying last year was 5%. It’s just not true

Everyone in finance is planning for a recession next year. I would bet bonus will be flat and merit flat to lower than last year. What could help some folks is that I think they are trying to severely hurt the low performers and non RTO people l. These would free up money for the others.

managers will start having meeting siwhr HR in the coming week and the merit/bonus system will open up on the 15th I think. most managers will know by then when they log into it in workday. and yes, there is usually a flat % given and that is your budget, that budget will not be equally right applied to everyone. for instance. any promotions come out of it, do if you have to give one person 10% for a promo. then that is less for everyone else. there is also a push to increase lower paid employees as well as those you are paid well below comparable people in the group. for us higher paid employees we will often get little to none with the 3% from our high salaries going to lower paid employees. they are supposed to make up for that with bonus but that doesn't always happen and as you all know, bonus is not guaranteed whereas base pay is

@1uee yeah, the bank that's on a mission to accomplish non-severance attrition is going to offer an incentive for people to stay.

bonus pool is flat to down from prior year. merit likely targeted at 1-3% like last year with big push for differentiation from 1's and 5's

@1nuj+1pqoVgLM Over here mad that people like me got 7.2%. Bei did get approval for 5% across the board. But that doesn’t mean people across the board deserved the full 5. There was enough dead wood on my team that those who deserved it got over 5%.

I’m not sure everyone experienced 5 percent last year… I hope she does get that though! I’m not sure where all the money is going to go… where I work at WF our staff is half of what it used to be and many employees are new or almost maxed to their job roles.

What is wrong w/many of these responders? Is it too much to ask that you respond earnestly and w/respect? Why is everyone turning against each other like this? There's enough stress at work, we don't need it elsewhere.

And yes, I'm pretty sure I'll get trolled, too. Because so many of my fellow WF colleagues are apparently heartless môn§térs.

It sounds like Bei is trying to fight for 5% standard increases again this year. That would be great if she wins again.

OP,
A-s-hat answers are what drives this board. What is your hurry?
Maybe your a dope and think your gonna get 10-20% because you think your a rock star.
It will be around 1-2% if that.

How's that for a a-s-hat answer?
