BNY Mellon Core Guiding Principle: No Law? No Problem!

All those people who relocated during covid got a free pass on RTO. I thought custodians were supposed to have a sense of fair play, of 'doing the right thing'? Oh, wait, that only applies to the legal aspects of holding or managing somebody's money. BNY Mellon's #1 corporate guiding principle: NO LAW? NO PROBLEM!

Dodgy if you ask me.

“BYM absolutely has a colossal integrity and ethicality problem, not always, but definitely in 2023. Huge one. Dirty.”

The wonderful thing is- all of you are stockholders now. Go. Attend the annual meeting and be loud. Voice your opinion.

It has become the most corrupt custodian under the disguise of an incompetent CEO and his Cronies from GS. They have no experience to run a company , but it is obvious that Bny has given them a platform to gain workexperience as a CEO. Prior to this he never worked as a CEO , What makes a CEO standout from a management counsel ?
