@4yyu what you have described is Ford think. Not being honest about the caliber of the staff and seeking to improve it, because you can’t trust your leadership.
The whole Ford culture is sick. People are not honest about employees, processes, products, issues, flaws, etc. you name it the leadership chain is lying about it and has trained their underlings to lie about it.
Ford employees withhold information about from their bosses because they know that sounding an alarm will get them tagged as troublemakers, and possibly disciplined, if not fired. I’ve had a manager yell at me for sending him an email containing factual documentation about issues and proposed solutions “Dxm it all to hxll, never send me another email like than, schedule a 1x1 meeting with me and let me decide if I want to know about the issues”
The ford leadership team with their masterful corporate Houdini skills escape culpability time after time. “Oh I didn’t know - it was a rogue bad actor engineer / accountant / programmer.”
The system is rigged
