Each Senior Management that have figured out BTC low quality have committed HC10 resources to resolve, while the issue is being covered up.

The cover up of all individual Senior Managers has not been rolled up to assess the total magnitude.

This means Executives are blind to the severity of the issue, thus are full steam ahead like the Titanic trying to set a speed record with an iceberg in its path.

EPC companies have been using Microsoft and Amazon Cloud to provide engineering services 24/7 around the globe for the last 20 years. All you need is stable regional engineering offices with properly trained engineers.

The key to the success of ExxonMobil's Bangaluru Technical Center is, "Do we have the patience and desire to properly train project engineers in India and pay competitive engineering salaries in Indian $$$?"

The chosen path is India. Nothing will be identified or shared to contradict that. HC10 and Global Projects will be mutually exclusive on the Venn diagram.

If Slido was anonymous, I would have asked - “Are the poor deliverables from BTC being tracked? And is the amount or rework by higher cost experts being considered in the assessment of BTC success?”

If Slido was anonymous, what would you haves asked?

Seriously questions and not anything about both needing fall protection to climb the chairs.

My favorite part was when they skipped the sli.do question about no hiring in HC10 and all hiring in India, and how that impacts what GP looks like in 10 years.

Move along, nothing to see here!

Really pleased that everyone there is so happy and has forgotten how sh-t GP treated it's people during covid.

I don't understand why everyone is so happy in this room. How come it's so good in that GP? At my location in GP, most folks are finding it an effort to summon up the enthusiasm to breath!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I missed it because I had actual job sites to get to. Doesn't sound like I missed much.

Why does anyone still attend these things? I intentionally schedule meetings over them.

Everyone bragging about success did no actual work to achieve that success.

Must be nice to be in top quintile for only producing PowerPoint slides about the work of others.

Lots of Hi-Po praising themselves. Very annoying.
