Look at it this. Ford is rated #1.
#1 for the most safety recalls.
#1 for warranty cost.
#1 for the worst untrustworthy brand.
What more do you want? 😂
I can't think of people whose opinion I value less than employees of car dealerships.
Mandating that dealerships spend millions on fast chargers.
Force them to buy a whole bunch of cars to give out as loaners since ford quality and spare parts are not available

Pot calling kettle situation…who cares what dealer thinks. They are the king of rip of artists and theifs. What’s worse than a new car salesman? No not a lawyer…..a used car salesman.
Having dealerships has it's disadvantages...don't get me wrong about having markup added to the prices to point of gouging people. On the other hand it does give the opportunity of the customer to have a throat to choke when things need to be addressed. Otherwise what are they going to do, call the help line at Ford? The company is huge...and will cast them aside. At least with a dealer network there is push back that has financial consequences. Selling direct to customer would be nice as well. juts want to point out that dealer networks are not without purpose either.

Not surprised. A few years ago my F-150 was in and out of the dealership for 10 months due to repairs. At the end, the total cost was over $10,000. Luckily, most was covered under warranty but it was inconvenient to be out of a truck.
Only one way to remedy this...Jim needs to spend more time on the race track.
