You will receive twelve inches, then if you a not lucky eighteen, either way you will be messed up by EM.
about 30% of pioneer will resign over next 3 years. about the same as the XTO resignation rate.
It will probably be just like the XTO employees. Paid way more than Exxon’s discount wages. They will map in at a CL 2-3 higher than a person at Exxon with similar work experience, then live with a target on their back for every performance review.
Why bother asking or comparing? XOM is going to employ almost only Low Cost SC-M soon!

Pioneer pays well overall. Exxon has a better base pay, but after adding in perks it’s a wash. Pioneer offers free insurance/healthcare for employees and their families, 1/2 day work day on Friday, yearly bonuses, and stock match. Pioneer employees are taken care of.
