Customers impacted.. call for a change in leadership

The past two months have been horrific with millions of customers impacted due to failing wells fargo systems.

when will the Charlie/board start holding the leaders accountable …, Tracy Kerrins, Steve Hagerman (replace him with Alan Varrasso)

reductions in workforce is like the quicksand that will only make matters worse as knowledge and talent exits …

TK has to go. Horrendous leadership and performance. Focused on everything but core operations stability. But oh hey, we get tshirts and now have a tech identity lol

OP is not referring to that particular incident. As far as I know, there have been Tech outages or Tech glitch incidents happening every few weeks since TK took over. WF has been on the headlines a number of times this year.

So if the third-party check clearing houses that most banks utilize have a systems failure, then that's WF's fault?

If we first care about our customers and allow our employees to empathize with who we provide a service to then everything in tech amd in every other department will fall in line. Every tech implementation, every release, roll out, onboarding experience will all be for the sake of the client, not for someones job security or someones ego to own a product or legacy. If we care what our clients think and feel i assure you there will be alot issues.

obviously we have some very sheltered individuals here. I hope none of you ever go through something truly horrific.

Yeah, I get that there's been customer impact from some of these epic fails, but I'm not sure hyperbole is necessary. "Horrific"? Meh, probably not in the vast majority of cases. Mostly annoying inconvenience would be a better description. I get it, these are self inflicted wounds due to the decisions of incompetent executives and heads should roll, but there's no need to be dramatic about the impact.

Offshoring is going to be the downfall of this company.
