Do not join the this company! They expect commitment hard work with no return. Unless you are unemployed this is a poor choice

Yes.Contractors are the first to be affected before holidays.
What are people's thoughts on the contract workers? If they don't meet the target by Dec 8, do you think contract will be cut?
What departments are being liquidated?

The new car businesses appear to be tanking. Wasting time building EVs and not building something affordable that's not a rolling spy machine that intrudes on customers privacy is bearing rotted fruit for manufacturers. Just put out a good safe vehicle at a fair price and the public will buy it. Workers might then have reliable jobs and not some package offer that kicks employees over the field goal and out the door.
This company su-ks, only thing that has been worthwhile is 2:00 PM at the sundry shop for the few minutes a day that offers me a chance to grab a coffee.
Unfortunately eating lunch though meeting / work has become the norm
F-Stellantis !
I also embraced this option when making my vehicle purchase and haven't looked back at the quality issues and horrible dealership experiences.
What are terms of the VS package, do you have over 5 years and what are they offering? Does this affect all orgs in company with the offering?
