Like @ppu+1q16loVZ mentioned, if you are employed on 12/15 you get the company match.

How long have you people worked here like 9 months? It is the same every year. Year after year. If timing changes you get an email. The same uninformed people spreading rumors asking d-mb questions. Diversity hires probably.

there is nothing that says you have to give two weeks notice. while best to give it and not burn bridges, you can always call in and say I quit and be done day of. they have no problem getting rid of you on the spot. In my experience with us rank and file, even if you are going to another firm, once you give two weeks notice they will let you work it and won't walk you out the door.

Bonus will hit my account on 2/1 (I bank with USAA), so no way they can take it back. Giving notice on Monday and hoping they don’t make me work the two weeks. Highly doubt it since I will be going to another financial institution.

I will use the light of the burning bridge behind me to illuminate my path forward.

@1rov+1q16loVZ Excellent! Do we need to wait until Monday? Was hoping to peace-out on Friday (payday). Can they claw it back or something still that day?

@1vra+1q16loVZ

I have posted before on other streams, but yes, giving my notice the Monday after bonus.

I’m limping along to get my match and, if I can stomach it, getting through January for my bonus. And then I’m planning on quitting without notice. Anyone else with me?

WF will always match on the last trading day of the year, not a second less.

they sent an email on this recently. employees as of Dec 15 will get the match which will post to your account by end of year, none exact date given on posting. even if you leave after dec 15 but before posting, you'll get your match.
