Verizon charging or "claw back" is insane. Chargebacks or disconnects happens and is 180 days now but to claw back monies is the stupidest thing. If they do it that way then pay real money per sale like they do with agents not this quota sales dollar retirement. Nothing good left about the b2b job anymore.

Case and point... its really bad. Chargebacks follow you for a whole quarter, sub 100% attainment follows you through the quarter, charge backs on sales dollars... oh and apparently you can end up owing Verizon $ through something called a "clawback" which the comp guy presenting avoided answering any questions on.

This job $ u c k $

Honestly so excited to have left! After all this time complaining we are below market I was told over and over we were above. LIES! VZW pays FAR below market for B2B. Changing their comp yet again makes complete sense. Why should anyone EVER rely on their comp structure? Surely no post pandemic. That would just be too humane.

Sounds like it’s going to be quarterly payouts - or a quarterly quota with monthly payouts like government is on currently. One talk apps & tablets will no longer retire quota , only count towards sales bucket.
