They will get $$$ Wherever they can!!!

Check your deductions for healthcare. DEC 5th they slapped a $150 surcharge on my health insurance.

That could be the smokers $75 fee for two people. They tried to do this to me. Pay attention to your benefit selections and take a screenshot of it for proof.

Basic reading comprehension would have told you there's a fee for your spouse if he or she is able to get healthcare at his or her employer.

No offense but if you can get insurance from your husband or Word's company, why wouldn't you? It would save AT&T a lot ofoney and reduce layoffs.

Your 2024 selections have not taken affect, so it makes no sense for them to charge you 150 for anything you selected accidentally or in error.

There will probably be some who don’t notice initially. Perhaps it won’t be noticed by some but now you have to proactively declare your spouse doesn’t have access to insurance. No idea of the risk of giving false information because they might not have the right to check.

I know there’s a $150 surcharge for adding a spouse who is able to get insurance through their own employer..did you happen to do that?

I didn't see that on my check. Let us know if you see that same deduction on your next paycheck. It would not surprise me if T did this in hopes we don't catch it.
Such a sad state of the company.
