Nah! Bobby Mudge wants to do what former Baby Bell SBC/Southwest Bell did when it acquired AT&T. I can see him taking down the whole enchilada so to speak and buying the whole company outright. He would be able to raise funds on the street without question because there is no doubt that the Street and pension funds would view his stewardship in place of the madman of Sweden sd s a reason to be able to sleep well at night.

Until they have outsourced or off shored every back office job possible expect stealth low volume layoffs each quarter six weeks before the end of the quarter. Off the books quarter end.
I know that the VZB techs in NJ were offered a package to leave. 3 sr techs , 2 techs.
