I’ve been working at Honeywell for over a decade, closer to two decades. It’s gotten progressively worse every single year. Every year they find a way to take things away, benefits, holidays, etc.
However, what I’m witnessing now is an entirely new level of messed up. They’re taking formally knowledgeable departments and absolutely decimating the people in them. I mean, it’s BRUTAL. If they come across a problem that doesn’t jive with what they want- they just pretend what they want is reality and proceed accordingly. Customers will lose. The few knowledgeable workers left will either be driven out (I see them trying to drive people out in mass now, that’s really ramped up by a lot) or removed.
Not sure what the end game is here, but for sure it won’t be good for customers, or employees. Me? I’m working on getting out ASAP. Life is too short.
