Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

IBM just got clipped for the same hiring and promotion practices as Verizon

IBM led the ending of the pension plans for managers and now the war on non-protected classes of people.

Life is about to get interesting again....

@6igr+1q3KmnPk Nope. I worked for the guy who got the money and was friends with those who accounted for and forecasted it. I also personally witnessed these promotions and know the names and dates. The only conspiracy is in the C suite to fill their pockets even if it means draining yours and the shareholder's. IBM got pinched for it but Verizon has been doing it since before Hans and still do it.

@hfc you’re a paranoid conspiracist if you believe in such dark subterfuge. What’s it called, Operation Wite’Out?

O'Keefe shines more light on IBM training that sounds very, very, familiar doesn't it boys and girls?

HR should start lawyering up and so should employees thinking that they had no proof for their cases...

This is how all of the interlopers from India get into the company. Indians backdooring their way in and only hiring other Indians and laying off everyone else or moving their jobs to other countries, and pushing Indians into those countries too. Look what they have done to England and Ireland. Except it looks like the powder kegs is exploding there.

The corruption that comes with DEI and ESG is starting to come to light. This is not going to go away or be able to be swept under the rug. Too many people know who the people with dirty hands and extra bonuses are.

Could the truth be coming out? I know of a senior finance executive who received $6,000 per year for each woman that he promoted into a director spot in finance. He did this at least three times where he promoted a less qualified woman from another department over more skilled existing women and men in the department. Everybody keeps their mouths shut because they want to keep getting paid but Verizon discriminates against certain of their employees based on race, creed and color and provides monetary rewards for doing so.

they're going to end up banning all these initiatives that lead to discriminatory hiring practices
