Dallas has been very successful in keeping us from getting inventory! You raised gross ads ungodly for the month, raised accessory goals, and no stock on the walls! You have NO tv service, mention the word DIRECTV you get cursed and fiber, well you can’t even do that right! So my hat off to corporate! You have done a well job of “job performance”. We must do some coaching and side by sides to get you on track! It’s sad when people come askn us all when we are closing down.. but yet you fail to provide! Without COR who is goin to fix telesales, AR and more mistakes? Butt keep cutting the jobs, you have do well in the Gulf States

From one x- retail employee of 20 years I started when I was 18 left 5 years ago get out it was a good company when it was bellsouth but min att and sbc took over it went down hill they don’t care about you your family stress of making ridiculous sales quotas or helping you be better side by side is for paper trail walk you out door no matter how good you are they will say you did not do something right this company is for thieves and sc-m of the earth sales slammers if you have an ounce of morality leave you can do better . Even after 20 years I quit and found a great job in completely different field I had gone to school for 18 years prior and make six figures less the stress they hang over your head with sales and quotas and write ups is not worth it take my advice leave do better for your soul and health. I to this day can’t believe the amount of fraud in every sales channel there is it’s toxic I feel bad for the honest folks who try to help customers they get craped on ever since the every service call is a sales call mentality company down hill wall street is smart in att they know what they are about that’s why stock is 15.00 you can only cancel so many services and activate again and call it new service inside scoop this company went down hill fast upper management wants fraud makes them look better and when you get caught they will fire you and act like they had no clue and union can care less I have seen maybe one person saved all others out the door they are in bed with management

T does not want to have any COR stores. The roadmap is to move the vast majority of stores to AR. It is incredibly cost effective for this transistion.

Amen! They don’t know one thing about what we go through but they are tight with their paychecks. Disgusting! And this is not the first time I have posted this….shame on their spouses as well. Arrogant pigs!
