@uwy What you fail to realize is that WF actively targets bottom of the barrel providers. They're the most affordable.
Empower is a bottom of the barrel administrator. Their interface is abysmal, so many broken links.
Particularly embarrassing since WF is a financial institution and should know substandard provider when they see it.
You get what you pay for. We work for a jalopy that pays for services from Yugos. No respect for employees.
