A stagecoach in Manhattan.

This is unbelievable: “But I’m very excited about what used to be a retail store and the possibility of making it into a really terrific office space with high ceilings…”

Everyone is laughing at WF leadership, especially the CRE gods.

HY build-up will go down in corporate history as major blunder and final straw for vanity-led WF.

One can only imagine the whispers and eyerolls when CS enters the room at co-----l parties w/real powerbrokers.

I'm surprised I haven't heard more complaining. 42nd St was very convenient due to Grand Central. Unless maybe you're coming from NJ?
