Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Core values shift that sank the ship

Long ago (Paul Otellini days) a mid level manager said we should be more like Microsoft and push projects out the door and let the customer finds the bugs. This was coming from higher up. I told him he was full of sh-t. but...That was the day I knew it was over.

LOL. I know who that was (probably, I won't discount that multiple managers had the same bad idea). Asked him why we would expect customers to do our job for us. Unsurprisingly, customers were not interested.

Ship the sh-t to customers to find their problems when they were still a monopoly power on the market. Don't forget the dead old marketing Intel inside to fool customers. They will probably copycat another company success to run their own marketing scam again. It could be either AI PC scam to steal your money when connecting their AI to your bank or AI everywhere on PC craps to secretly spy on you.

Yep. I just upgraded to 5G and my laptops Intel network adaptor won't work without a driver update and after the update it still drops throughout the day. All our Mac-books took the transition just fine. It's that kind of stuff man!*&!
