Raised a case about multiple harassments and bullying by my boss.
HR and Employee Relations said to me weeks later that they investigated and conducted hearings from various people, but they could not confirm and did not admit those multiple harassments and bullying against me.
Shocking. They even sounded so harsh and upset as if I was the one who did something wrong and lying.
And they went on to say that I should resign from the company because I don't fit the Cisco culture, showing me the condition:

Severance package: 1 month salary
Is this a joke? This is how Cisco and its HR and ER treat an employee.
Managers and Directors can do ANYTHING to their staff at Cisco, and they're not accused and they are fully protected without being punished or laid off.
Sue the company or go to the media?
