Heard other LOBs say bonus flat to last year and around 3% merit. What are your submissions looking like in tech ?

Important thing to note is that they havent given any extra money for promotions. So if you were promoted last year there arent additional dollars in the bonus pool to account for your new role. Your manager will need to steal from others

I'm heading the same, merit just over 3% and bonus flat, although that all has to be distributed across the teams so some will get more and some less and in some cases lob leadership may have to claw some back to give to other groups or keep for themselves.
I doubt they would even know ??
