Jobs posted in RCDN

There are a bunch of openings posted on the door at RCDN. Strange thing is that I cannot find them on the jobs site. Is this by design?

Yes, pretty sure I was that these were for H1B.
I have about 8 years of experience in one of the roles and should be considered as a candidate.
However, after days of searching on the internal and external job site, that req is nowhere to be found.
It's quite obvious to me that they're hiding these roles the best they can so that nobody sees them to apply in the first place.

American tax dollars funded the research. American government contracts filled the coffers. American subsidies kept the doors open when times were bad. Americans take a back seat to foreigners.

You can't tell me that this role can only be filled by people from the overseas because I did it for several years. I can promise you that they're not bringing anything we don't already have here.

As the above poster stated. Scam. Pure and simple.

The company has to post first internally and then externally if they don't find a candidate internally.

It's probably for the h1b visa folks who have to get their jobs renewed after 3 years. The company has to post their jobs on internal website (or company bulletin board) so anyone can apply for it. If they find a US citizen with equivalent skills, they can hire the US citizen but most companies post the job in such micron details that any US citizen that applies wouldn't have all the micro skills, therefore, telling the US gov't that they couldn't find a qualified person to match the skills for the job and the H1B employee gets their job renewed for 3 more years (since most likely they have applied for a green card - which the company pays for the application - I think it's over $10,000). This is a big H1B scam in USA by most companies and the USA gov't isn't doing anything about it. And now after Trump tried to decrease the H1B jobs by making the companies pay what the current rate for the jobs are in nearby townships, so the H1B person ends up getting paid more then you and me especially if you've been with the same company for a long time and making still low salary due to small increase in salary over the years. It's a big scam and companies continue to hire H1B visa employees even if they cost more cause they pile on three peoples work onto them. The pay is high but so is the work load and they seem to be working hard as well. I have nothing against them cause they are just trying to make a living, but the USA laws are so lose and need to change.
