At year end 2023- how do feel about the survey going into 2024?

I can't recall ever seeing a survey at any point in my time here. I've been here for quite some time.
The only purpose of the survey is for management to identify problem employees who don't drink the Kool-Aid. They'll use the responses to demote, cut bonuses, and cut cost of living raises for anyone who gives critical feedback. Anonymous? If you believe that, I've got a bridge to sell you in Brooklyn. They know and they will use your responses against you.
I'm done doing it. There's no point. The response to this year's survey was "Sorry, I can't give you all a million dollar salary". I think it hurts them most if people don't bother taking it.
The only way to show them how we see right through their BS regarding this ridiculous survey is to STOP DOING IT… DON’T DO THE SURVEY! Ignore all of their pressure tactics and just don’t do it.
I think the best thing to do instead of not taking it is zero it all the way down
The way they try to pick apart the high categories is mind blowing
Then they announce to the public that everyone's happy
And tell us that everyone is happy to RTO
Very disappointing
Not taking it because they are going to do whatever they want to anyway
Not doing it.
Very honest, because I was very honest on the last one and nothing was ever communicated.
