Inconsistent Guidelines?

I’m noticing folks with same/similar titles and job function having different guidelines for the Occupancy Indicator status and RTO requirements. Do SVPs have a quota for the percent of Telecommute workers and RTO, or do they have the flexibility to develop their own policy based on business need?

Yes, Chicago and NJ are being shutdown or significantly reduced.

The company tracks compliance but does nothing about it YET.

Because they told us they track it, that means it is available for discovery in a wrongful termination case.

They aren’t getting rid of anyone YET for non compliance and if they do they better hope it’s more than RTO policy.

If they fire you and you can prove there are thousands of employees NOT compliant they will just owe you back pay. (and there are thousands)

Happy holidays!!!

Finance (Desroches) is saying there is no WFH opportunities and is shutting down ALL the hubs outside of Dallas, including Atlanta. This does exclude a few orgs that ATT has not figured out how to move yet (STL payroll for example).8Anwf9

Is anything being shut down in either location? Duh

exceptions everywhere... this is also why "center of excellence" got declared where entire non hub offices were declared "safe".

You need to follow directions from your department leadership. What is happening in another department has no impact on your directives.

RTO allowed for 10% to work from home and leadership chose them based on needs of business.

Wait until this guy realizes it's a lot more than 10%. Pretty much all of level 3+ is FOW.

"My org has individual contributors hanging out in no man’s land (nowhere near a hub office) with Telecommuter status because they are essential to re-org projects.

Without them, the re-org projects would not be possible."

So if they leave the business for one reason or another the re-org won't happen? Lol. Nobody is buying that.
