Another DE&I Exec bites the dust

The last LOB DE&I person seems to be zz'd. Wow ole Kristy is doing such a great job that she keeps making job openings! Lisa R was the last and best of the DE&I execs. Three LOB leaders moved under DSRI in three months and now they are all gone. This one doesn't even seem to have an announcement - I just heard through the rumor mill and checked.

Maybe Chuck should put Kristy F in charge of incentivizing people to leave - it seems to be the one thing she is good at!

DEI, head a department of complainers who encourage racism and s-xism and other isms which in effect keep THE complainers employed. Good to know someone got tired of their sales scam. Let's start hiring those who CAN DO THE job, period, regardless of race, s-x and so forth. Fire all the DEI wastes.

I remember when I worked at this joke of a place. The DEI guy made more than all of us. Did maybe 3 worthless presentations a year on how skin color and bedroom activities were more important than effort & innovation. He drove around in a shmancy BMW while we drove average everyday cars, SUVs. Glad I’m out of that pit.

With the news coming out of IBM the last few days, I think DEI is on its death bed. And it couldn't come sooner. It's very encouraging to see more and more people realize what a scam DEI is (and seeing how actually racist the policies inspired by DEO are).

DEI doesn't work in a higher (normal) interest environment. Too many people now know what it is, and Larry Fink and his cronies are going back to the drawing board to rename and repackage to bring back in the future.

I am really in shock she is gone. I am a manager in COO and her Inclusion toolkits were great and my team loved them. Lisa seemed to really care about the employees and I loved the COO Champion calls she led. I guess being a long term and liked Sr Mgr meant she had to go - wouldn't want someone in the company to make the day better for the low life employees. Hope she lands somewhere better, sad. I cannot believe they did not even announce it.
