In three sentences or less, explain what you bring to the company that nobody else does, why you believe nobody else could do it, and why you deserve to be paid what you’re paid.
Keep the trolling/grievances to a bare minimum.

@ OP, No need for 3 sentences to explain my value; here it is in 1 sentence:
Extremely proficient at yanking it like a monkey up a mango tree!
To say people on the spectrum are only good for “grunt work” is gross. Be better @2wuf+1qA2S7Zz
OP is getting ideas on what to put in his/her PADP this year. Yeah, it's that time of the year again. Let the hunger games begin!
We don’t catch your drift @3apl+1qA2S7Zz
I nod vigorously, smile without showing teeth, and never ask questions, if you catch my drift.
If you have a job (at this company or any other) and you believe “know one else could do it”, you are a deluded narcissist. There is always someone that can do what you do, unless maybe you’re referring to a world record holding professional athlete. If a prerequisite for staffing a role is that “no one else could do it”, not a single role would be filled.
I agree with the previous poster about being on the spectrum. There are so many folks on the spectrum or at least act like they r in the organisation. Is there an underlying recruitment drive to recruit and retain folks on the spectrum at Exxon? No people skills but folks prepared to do the grunt work for life?
I'm as classy as it gets!
We are a commodity company with commodity employees.
I'm good enough, I'm smart enough, and doggone it, people like me.
“Non-business critical residents”
No value. Just PIP bait.
Op you posted a very good question. One that someone perhaps would use at a hob interview.
But please tell me what is the point in it when your immediate supervisor flat out tells you that it's not what you do or know but it's all the extra stuff that you volunteer for that counts for your ratings.
I’m a diversity hire and gone b a manager so I can harass folks at work dat arent and on layoff forums and act like I got smarts real good. One parent from India and udder from Malaysia two
I'll give you three words:
Money soaking sponge
I deal with the god damn customers so the engineers don't have to. I have people skills; I am good at dealing with people. Can't you understand that? What the he-l is wrong with you people?
Daddy Tru mp will save us and bring us back to New York.
If you think you are irreplaceable, then you cannot be promoted.
We eventually wake up from denial and conclude that we work for a commodity corporation that recruits commodity employees.
My face card don’t decline
As an experienced hire I help exxon lifers realize half the things they do are worthless. Then I sit back and wonder why I stay here.
another hour, another troll......if only their father pulled out, world will be so much better.
Same clown that posts as different people. Get a life OP
Shut up , stupid.
I grease wheels and turn knobs.
Underpaid.
I play pokemon on my phone for hours at work and spend lots of time in the bathroom. I am wholly confident that I can beat ANYONE in this d-mb company in a pokemon battle.
Well as a general rule, i bring utmost loyalty and commitment to work. Since im a bit on the spectrum, If treated right and compensated appropriately, i will LITERALLY spend every living second of my entire working life in the benefit of this company. Not just that, since i have a rare sub-type of autism my IQ is over 200 and as such i think if directed in the right direction i can make a hella difference in the state of XOM.
