Let’s be honest, the entire forum should be an opportunity to criticize leadership in an anonymous way without repercussions. It has become obvious that the “great place to work” mantra is internal propaganda of an echo chamber, an under productive workforce, and a leadership team with few meaningful connections to their acolytes.
Coming layoffs represent a significant failure on the part of leadership, and leadership should be forced to face the consequences of their actions instead of putting it on others with a lack of any personal responsibility (like 2008).
