SG8- $128K; I am very well paid for the actual work I do from home. I haven’t had much career/salary growth at Ford, but am very happy with the great working from home aspect of the Ford job that is so much nicer than my GM peers experience. If I had to come into the office again, I would want to be paid alot more because of all of the travel expense and great loss of personal time.
@OP why dont you list your level and salary instead of just asking for ours? What is the purpose of your post?

I'm underpaid. Folks don't realize how tough it is to run a major corporation AND race cars on weekends.
I work in Model e and I feel I am well compensated. As it should be for anyone in Model e since this is the organization that is leading the company into the future. Without Model e and the products/services that are coming, Ford as a company has limited earning potential.

No. I do have a good job at Ford. What I do is what a high school student can do, even better. 15 years of excel spreadsheet and ppt. I can't complain about my job.
