Extended leadership call this morning....Flat out said do not be surprised with another "workforce reduction" announced on the earnings call. Q2 booking expected to be at an all time low and ELT is panicking....but don't worry, they aren't taking any kind of pay cut and will more than likely will still be getting a mid year compensation!!

I heard that CX is on full hiring freeze because they're going to use AI to handle customer issues.
There's no way that this can be a total disaster in the works.

Just keep saying "AI" in every sentence and every product sheet. Hopefully customer buy somethings. That about the limit of sales "leadership"
Only way to survive is to open an HR case or transition and update your preferred pronouns. Worked for former 2 men (now officially women) based in RCDN.
It's typically laying off full-time employees and replacing them with contractors without benefits for the same job.
Fortunately most contractors don't understand how poorly they are compensated.
Hopefully I can get LR'd. The numbers that I have seen are abysmal.
