GTS has stopped working since last 2 months giving Agile 2.0 as their excuse of not working and providing required resources. They do not have required people for most ACTs.
Rest of the people who can’t get anything done keep eating through the funding without delivering anything.

The worst part is the unethical behavior of Indian Vz directors with Indian contract companies. There's a lot of shady stuff going on and Ethics and Sourcing do zip.
GTS needs to bring back the Americans. What you're seeing is the reason why India hasn't invented anything of note. Great worker bees but they need the American culture leading them or it turns into a Bombay traffic jam.

@2ilr+1qCTZTZC preach it. Just experienced this myself. Haven't seen ONE project delivered on time in the last 5 years. Can't figure out if it's a problem with the actual developers or a problem with project management, or just over committing. Maybe all three.
India’s MO. If a due date is approaching and you’re not even close to being finished, just rotate all your employees to different jobs. Then claim you need extra time to bring the new folks up to speed. Repeat until contract ends and Verizon switches to another Indian contract company. Like what VZ did with inf0$h1t and HCLosers
Agree that this transition period will stink for a while, but breaking the 'I own this application and all its expertise ' mindset of the past want cutting it. This report should result (long term) in teams better able to do the work themselves.
I am not in GTS, but see why they are doing it.
Much needed diversification in GTS . Getting very one sided
GTS have su-ked deez for a long time. Cant deliver anything worthwhile. Top down micro management styles. Worst org in the business which is saying something.
