The writing is on the wall. The layoffs that are about to take place will certainly not be the last. Things have been going from bad to worse at the company for a while now and I don't see how anything can improve while this leadership is in charge. I've been looking for a few weeks and I can tell you there are options available. Grab them while they're still there.

Don't need layoffs when people are leave en masse
It is very simple, ride it out, make them pay you to leave. Do not listen to anyone get the bag 👝 👍🏽
Thank you OP for the wise suggestions. Curious if you have taken your own advise and left? Did you stick it to the man and tell them to shove their stinking package where it doesnt shine? How was that feeling to let them hear it? How is it on the outside? Is it as wonderful and glorious as I heard? Do they have fresh poke bowls and where you need to pay insurance premiums? Man those were the days but sadly Make Pioneer Great Again can never happen. I'm gonna do it, I'm leaving. Thank you for the sound advice.
OP thank you for blessing us with this advice. Who would have guessed we should look at other jobs when our current place of work will cease to exist. Not only that, OP has predicted layoffs in the O&G sector...truly a visionary this guy!
