Worked 6 mths ago but now it doesn't work

It never worked in my area. Too many managers were afraid to confront the eaco team and the woman that ran that team. My manager told me he didn’t want to confront her because they save the bank so much money.
put it on the list of overcomplicated process, with intermittent technology breakdowns, and complete mo--n employees with no ability to critically think, figure anything out, does not read the support documentation or even know there is helpdesk.
Does Secure Print work remotely? If so maybe it was laid off and can't respond back.
This isn't the friggin help desk...
