BNYM is notorious for for lots of things but “conditions on packages being against state laws” are not one of them.
Because our peers, and smaller banks all give two weeks pay period.

How do you know it’s the best separation package in the industry?
Nobody’s ever said this. Only an id--t would fight the best termination package in Financial Services.
