Employee Morale is in the tank. Calgary doesn't see how badly they are doing. They ask you how can we do better but everyone is scared to say anything due to negative repercussions. Record profits yet bad scorecard we all know what that means.

Even with everything that’s going on in Suncor over the last 12 months they are have more respect out there. We keep talking about Alex, Jon, Big Z, etc. problem is the board. You get rid of the top 3 guys they’ll be replaced by other 3 guys exactly the same as them. The entire board has to go. And good thing Alex has established himself as the chairman. There’s zero chance now until… where’s Bill Ackman when you need him!?
As someone coming over with husky in the “merger” I can say we brought minimal talent. Anyone decent was let go or quit. Moral seems to be in the dumpster as usual, at least in the field anyway.
Did Husky bring talent?
