I’ve been here for a relatively short period of time and I regret joining this sinking ship.
There is not one person here I admire ; everyone is a lifer and incapable of finding a job outside that’s why they stick with the toxic garbage culture here.
Let’s have a “team” but everyone is working in their own silo, no one is communicating with one another and no one turns on their camera for anything.
I wouldn’t be surprised if this company goes bankrupt in 2 to 3 years

Symptom of the leadership's philosophy of more is better, quality be damned. No collaboration because everyone gets their own project to work on without proper resources to do them well

Never had an issue reaching someone to 'collaborate' or shoot the sh*t. Not being a jerk but maybe it's you.
So why did you join, and why haven't you left?
I never found it necessary to see people in order to communicate. That’s way too touchy-feely for me.

See I never understood why people come on here just to b—-h. If you don’t like your situation do something about it or quit complaining. Or to quote Wyatt Earp in the movie Tombstone “You gonna do somethin', or just stand there and bleed?"
