Im tired of putting in 10+ hours a day to always be told im a POS and that they are disappointed constantly.
Why don't you hire more people to do the work instead of working us to the ground, taking all the credit and bs'ing for your own career advancements to the LL4s.

Don't put up with it. Leave. No one thinks you are a POS for disappointing your boss. That's just d-mb. The reason why you get static for posting things like this, is because it's pointless and doesn't help you, so stop. Leave the company. You'll be better off without them.
Disrespect from senior management is unfortunately the rule rather than the exception. It's because Ford strives to largely promote narcissistic psychopaths.

No one is buying Model E so things should slow down for you and get you back to 8 hours. Maybe Model E not so important anymore.
I know a number of my coworkers in Model E. They work from home and most of the time they are not home.

Move to Model e. The projects here all are of high importance. Your management will not be able to say you work on unimportant projects/programs.
