TROUBLE BREWING IN STL

I cant speak for others but in my dept you are expected to work 10+ hours without compensation thanks to the mo--ns in charge These imbeciles in St. Louis create more and more stupid daily deliverables to feel relevance but absolutely have ruined the department of good hard working people. Chuckles please look at STL as it’s run by uneducated untrained losers

oh yes, I seem to remember a time when we had to account for all our hours, even though we were 'exempt' as part of a lawsuit.

some lessons cannot be learned................................

@1rcp+1qG2Xjrt here. The non-exempt post also sparked something. Regardless of your status you definitely should be logging all hours worked even if technically unpaid as an Exempt employee. You should be Flexing your "OT" at a minimum if you can't get paid for it and you don't want to log it as well.

if you are non exempt then they should pay you overtime if exempt then perhaps do it once in a while otherwise work 8 hrs and leave. As long as you are doing a good job there isn't much they can do other than throw more work at you. you always have the choice to leave if you arent happy

If you allow yourself to be exploited that is on you. That is where this story ends.

More work is expected every day but if chuckles takes a look, He will probably lay off the entire home office. Don’t ask for his oversight.Brokerage needs operations and he won’t make the connection as to the work being done in St. Louis. He only look at headcount.

That’s just what they do, the amazing part is the d-mbars middle managers have no clue. It’s sickening how bad this is going on. I have already started a whistleblower suit.
