Layoff's Before or After Salaried Compensation Update?

During the last townhall, someone asked about the salaried compensation package and whether any changes were coming in response to the new UAW contract. What we got for an answer was lip service. That said, we were told an update would be coming in a near future town hall. I suspect that IF there is a task to be implemented enmasse, it will happen before any further uodates regarding salaried compensation.

Don't worry about layoff at Ford. It going to happen after 1st quarter report.

I don't recall any of the previous layoffs occurring in Q1 before salaried compensation (merit and AICP). I suppose, as they say, past performance does not guarantee future results ... so who knows.
